why no gangs? Also, none of that makes sense. If you want a good team, search for fight club. It's level 50+, extremely active, two fifty stats, and fights gangs + other teams.

Looks like this person is aiming for a high ratio (i.e. very high stats for their level) and is thus avoiding levelling up. Hey, different strokes for different folks. Though you'd gain more stats overall if you did level as normal.
Since the vast majority of people do not want to play like this, you will probably have a hard time finding a team that doesn't fight gangs.
Edit: Highly expanded teams may also be averse to taking you because a) you don't log in every day and b ) your stats will not grow as fast as normal members.

What mogiks said. Furthermore, winning gangs gives huge experience gains. In my old account, I went form lvl 15 to lvl 19 by winning a gang fight. I deleted shortly after.

This is a game of stats not levels. A lot of ppl get this confused. True, higher levels give you better equipment which all it does is inflate player's stats. As DontMessWithTheRock says, what i said doesn't make sense. Out of curiosity, I run an analysis though and his base stats (at the moment of this post) are 199/154/177/281. Similar stats as mine, yet he got access to higher facilities due to his level. Kinda unfair.
Yeah, I know it will be hard to find a team. Thought that if I posted here it would be easier to find a team that had similar goals.
