Unable to acces the advent calendar from my mobile devices

When I play Hero Zero I play from either my iPad or Samsung Nook. My issue is because you need Adobe to access the Advent Calendar, and Adobe does not have a version compatible for either of my devices. Help!

I am playing from my PC and cannot access the advent calendar either.  I get the message that the page is not available.  Thiis is on my US 2 character who is also Mons.

I can get the advent calendar up and running, however, when I click on December 1st to open it, it says: Gift Box Not Available: Can be opened on 1 December 2017.

 

but.. wait.. huh? :) Are we using some time travelling calendar where December 1st isn't actually December 1st but April 23??? LOL

All joking aside, just thought you might want to check that out!

send to support right now just in case because if it is the 2nd and nothing happens, support can't help you open the box of previous days and keep trying until it hopefully goes through

 

and those who see it as not available, try to see if allowing java does the trick

 

BTW  don't ask me why ( no idea ) but for some reason when you can open it depends on your time zone? as you will see many teammates able to open theirs before you.

It seems that my teammates overseas are able to open it without issue. 

 

However I am in US going on 8 AM December 1st and cannot. Another teammate is at 9 AM in US and they cannot. 

Maybe it is just a time zone issue like you stated...

 

I submitted a ticket to find out the issue. :) Thanks for the input Centella.

a friend of one team seems to indicate it is 11 AM of "our time" so for those in the pacific, almost 5 more hours

There is a problem with hours. Next Villain should be after my hour tomorrow at 11:00 but it was today at 12:00. Anyway is a combination also with java and flash..so for some players advent not work due to software(for most of them) for others can be different hour. Fast check your updates at flash from adobe, clear cache browser, change broswer, restart your PC, use your phone with puffin browser only for today to get the voucher, open a ticket to support. In 16h it will be to late. Last year I lose few days cos i remember in last hour about and don't let me anymore to redeem.

If the boxes become available at 11am local time zone, then it sounds like someone got confused on the AM vs PM flag and forgot about daylight savings time. I will be patient and wait before opening a ticket to support to see if that is the case.

It has now worked for me as of 9 Am CST in the US. So, I think like Centella said its just a matter of time zones.

For all who want to use the advent calendar on mobile, but it doesn't work: Please try to use Puffin Web Browser - a mobile browser with Flash

I recall last year the advent box wasn't available to be opened until 10 am EST... sounds like the same this year.

As far as I know you HAVE to use a desktop or a laptop because of the flash player

I don't understand, this is year number 3 for this.  So many tickets were submitted the last 2 years you would think they could fix it properly.  I actually lost boxes last year because it took support so long to do anything.   Now again.... can't get it until after noon for me....

When I went to the calendar section for the first time, a message appeared saying that I should approve the use of Flash Player, and I had to click on a button that said "authorize", then the advent calendar screen was loaded.
 
Surely this message does not appear on mobile (I play from my PC) and is what does not allow you to load the calendar

Props to LevelHunter.. The Puffin browser opened the calendar with no issues on mobile. I typically play desktop but had to try. Thanks for the recommendation Level!

Every year there is a problem with the hours.   So you probably have to wait further on in the day to access.  Happens every year.   Also it seems you have to use Adobe Flash.   I had to give it an ok to use Adobe Flash so I could access.
