After i heard last week from closing servers from a teammate i asked at german support. It is no server from Playata, they don't plan to close servers. The hr-servers (Serbia) will be closed, they are run by a partner of Playata.
So i doubt if it is possible to transfer the account to every server, maybe only the servers of this partner from Playata. You must ask at your forum frogman.

Hi,
I have an acquaintance with a character on a server that is going to be closed. He was wondering what procedures are in place to transfer that character to one of the active servers (US3 to be exact).

Not possible. You can not transfer characters between servers as all servers differs from eachother. I recommend you to send in this question to the support team (open a new ticket) at http://support.herozerogame.com. Here you can ask about compensation, if there is any. Good luck.

That's correct - but "Hr" is Croatia (Hrvatska)
