That is a quick question. I can only see an option to hide mail, but not to delete it.

you can only hide a conversation and then you can't reach it anymore. When the other one writes something in the conversation, it is back.

It is not possible to delete conversations, but "hiding" conversations is almost the same. With double clicking on messages you can delete single messages.

actually it comes back on the random. I have messages from last year. Today I don't see them, but next month I see them all.

If I am not mistaken, previous version was letting me delete mail...

 

Ok, double click works, but only on my own/last messages. Kinda stupit, if you ask me

ok, screw this. The messages get deleted, but the person is still on the list. This sux! Why? What's the point? Lousy coding, I guess

I assume it is supposed to work for the tech support only. But it stays on our list too. I don't need 75% of conversations showing up on the list.  ... just don't need "garbage".

maybe HZ can allow us to design certain messages as "priority"  and we can have those messages separated if we wish so we can have easier time checking messages we feel are more important and avoid as much as possible the other ones unless we want to ( or have time to do that )

Or maybe HZ can use the regular e-mail system. Works everywhere else.
