Chat issue when playing on mobile devices

Currently I have the game on my PC, my Android phone and my Samsung tablet (No, I'm not addicted. Shh.) I've noticed that if I attempt to type in chat, or in Conversations(on either my phone or tablet), there's nothing showing up in the message bar. It only shows up if I minimize the keyboard. When I bring the keyboard up again, anything typed in the Message bar disappears. So I can't see what I'm typing, and attempting to fix typos is an exercise in frustration. I'm forced to wait until I have access to a PC before I can respond to anyone. 

Am I the only one with this issue? Is this a known issue? Can it be fixed? Help!

The way to fix it for 5 minutes is to close the app and reopen it.  But after typing a couple of lines and doing a mission, it is right back where you started from.  Been like that since came out with the new version with the Hideout.

Yeah you are definitely not alone. Totally sucks. For us advisors and leaders, modifying the team notes or team description is just the worst.

I did have that issue on my phone but it was fixed. I didnt bother support though so I figured the glitch was fixed

I could write 500 tickets and still get nothing.  I love how it is "we have sent your case to our programmers and should have a reply shortly", yet I don't get a reply and it never gets fixed.

i got an answer for my ticket:

Of course they know about the problem with the 'blind-chat'  They bought the writing component from another company and they try to put pressure on the producer. But they have to wait, until this company corrects it.
