Good afternoon, I have a question: I am from the United States but I live in Mexico, but I am trying to buy donuts with the paysafecard card and it will not let me.

Does anyone have a solution in this case? I also want to pay the oxxo option in Mexico but if I pay and dont give the donuts what would happen?

 

I use these methods of payment because I do not have a credit card, Thank you.

For me it didn't work with app, only with browser-game

I have no problems with the paysafecard-method on the browser-game. Do you get an error? I would recommend you to contact the HeroZero support for assistance on these matters, if SabiLilli's tip did not help you. Open a ticket, and they will help you:

Because I put the code of paysafecard and I get a message that says: We are sorry that we can not make this transaction yet. The website is not yet ready to accept paysafecards obtained (purchased) in Mexico.

no, I live in Europe. Most likely they do not accept paysafecards from Mexico, but you have nothing to lose if you ask the support. They can clarify it. Good luck!

Perhaps you can you add the Paysafe card as a payment method of a Paypal account?
