now you talking about making teams what they want
some would want all villains, some all heroes, some a mix and they can't "switch alliance" unless they are forced "not to be able to use certain gears"
like if you switch to villain, you can't use your gears made for "exclusive hero"
and heroes can't use their gears made for "exclusive villains"
and you would force the door open for some people demanding to be "rogues", neither heroes and villains, able to use both gears but at an "20 or 25% handicap" ( as in a hero gear that has 200 skill points, if a rogue uses it, it will have 150 skill points, and is not usable by a villain )
you start a domino effect complicating things for developers specially if teams can be a mixture of heroes and villains
and what would be missions for villains? steal candy from a kid? kidnap the police chief's daughter? loosen a wheel of a skateboard and watch the skateboarder injure himself?
I can get behind PLAYATA creating a new game, where members can be "different jobs" that have different skills, like if set in a swords and arrows setting, we can have have warriors, paladins, archers, rogues( have thief skills ), mages, healers, priests
but I can't get behind idea of a team putting Warrio teaming with Mario, or put He-man and skeletor in same team
