Three of the last four prize boxes I've opened have contained items with stats lower than the items I have equipped.  Given the cost of these boxes, it doesn't seem like it's a lot to ask for these boxes to contain an item that is, at a bare minimum, a small improvement for the character.  I'm curious if anyone else has encountered similar outcomes in the shop.

After you reached a level, the boxes contain nothing useful. Only epic boxes with cost of 15 donuts contain often a sidekick, so these can be good.

Almost all prize boxes - even those that you win when you fight with the gangs - have useless elements, with far less value than you wear. It's very rare to get pets in the boxes, I've never had one in that way

 

The clothes in the second hand store, the one that you get in duels, in Special Missions, or fight of gangs, also does not serve. And since the workshop of the hero's lair has been installed, all of these articles have been further devalued. Most clothes and items are below -200 points

 

I think there should be a readjustment of value about all those items... Well, is just a sugerencie...

The reward items for Heroic Deeds also seem to be universally weaker than what I already have, only being useful for their coin value. How exactly does the game determine the power of these items? Is it preset, or generated somehow from your character stats/level?
