US1 just had a villain and for the first time it isnt in US2 or US3. Did it recently get changed to where they wont appear the same time in all the US servers ?

taking aside that a villain might be in a zone not open to the level you have at that server but you do in another
on the past it happened once in a blue moon
I think we have to wait to see if this is going to be a new pattern or was a rare case
