Based on several people's recommendations here in the forums, I decided to unbind my account -- which seems to have been a mistake. I can no longer access my account at all. I've written a ticket and the devs seem at a loss as to what's happened as well.

Anyone else relate or have suggestions?

when you unbind, it means you would have to go to us1 website

if that is not the issue, than try to "change password" to your account as it should go to your email of record the link to do that

don't forget to "close out the account" ( of the game at unbid website, not necessarily the whole site you unbidden )  as that might be the issue as it thinks you signed on still there

Unbinding your account if you are playing from the Steam platform can end up with a very bad result !  I would suggest you contact a Steam mod prior to unbinding if you are on that platform.
