As everybody knows, there is a video screen that if clicked upon will show a commercial video and usually cut the mission waiting time by 50%, i was wondering if any one else has been bamboozled by a particular video, and anyone who has encountered this particular video knows what i am speaking of, it is for a particular game and after you watch the entire video it never really comes to an end, a push here to play screen comes up and you have no other choice but to go back to the game minus the 50% reduction to the waiting time, i don't find this to be fair in any way, being that you watch the entire video and then don't get anything out of it.   Has anyone else had this problem?

I gotten 2 or 3 that have done that, and also get the "there are no ads in your area"  or it gets stuck, no video begins

Is there a little gray bar at the bottom center of the video at the end? If so, click it. It will credit you.

I can never access the videos to reduce my mission time.

 

I click on the video icon and then I can a sad face with the error:
