i have created a new account on hz for my little brother the name of the hero is "unknownhero" and the yahoo mail is her0zer022@yahoo.com ... when i try to login it says that is no hero with that email addres.... what should i  do ?

yes im sure ... i manage 5 accounts on diffrent servers ... i know what im talking about !

six accounts with this new one acctually ...

 

so more clearly,  i have 2 facebook accouns ( 1 mine (supersorinul) and 1 of my brother (relvex) ) and one other account on us1.herozero.com called supercicic, i ve made this new hz account also on us1.herozero.com with a new email address especially created for it, named unknownhero .... i ve logged in a couple of times and today it said that there is no hero with that email address register ... first i`ve checked the server/site address and it was clearly on us1.hz.com, now i dont know what else to do ... ive contacted support and forum but still no respons... so pls help me !

Meybe to check your email adress soo you could see did you even registered ... you did something wrong ... you cant be special sossage
