As simple as the title says. Let us, players, use the doughnuts we get in-game for free to upgrade our teams. Many of us cannot afford doughnuts or simply don't want to, but we still want to be able to upgrade our teams further than 15/50. I am sure 100% of players like me would approve this idea, and I am sure most of them have thought about it.

I don't believe you can use non-purchased donuts to upgrade your team.

unfortunately the reason the HZ made it this way is because lot of people were "creating new accounts", accepted in a team, those accounts gave the team all the "initial free doughnuts" from first day ( including through deeds )  than account deleted and repeat, maybe level 200 and up are allowed to give any doughnuts?  and those below 200 only purchased ones?

They could make the initial "cut" of donating free doughnuts from a lower level then, maybe 45 or 50 I think it's enough, which means about a full week playing in average, and/or somehow control the account-making, limiting each IP with a certain number of accounts, or letting people have as many but these accounts can't be on the same team (?) just an idea, I think there is a way to work this out.... Perhaps what I said make no sense to any of you!

Thanks for the attention.

what if a big family lives in a huge house in the country, and thanks to great grandparents, grandparents and parents we have the great grand children numbering 32 of them?

they would have same IP but there was a limit of only 10 per IP?  22 of them will not be able to play ( and this is without counting the fact that the 30 something in age  parents might want to play and also the 50 something grandparents )

and than your idea would not allow them to be in same team as they "seemingly" are the same person ( rule is 1 person per server only, no matter if desktop and laptop have different IP or 2 accounts in same server have different email addies )

Am I supposed to laugh? Because I did. If that's the rule, one per server, and they are all from the same family, and they would all talk the same language, you are saying that the huge family already cannot play the game, because are there 32 servers? My idea is simple, just let players use the doughnuts to upgrade the teams, and being able to use the doughnuts after level 45.

Again, thanks for the attention!

Unfortunately, it still allows for abuse. I can get to lvl 40 in a day. 2 tops.

So, is it possible to donate free doughnuts when you are at a more advanced level?

No. You can only donate doughnuts you have purchased. However, you do get credited any doughnuts you've purchased and used elsewhere. For example, if I buy 100 doughnuts and use them to buy missiles or something else, but spend none on donations to my team, I can then use up to 100 doughnuts that I have won on donations to my team at a later time.

Ah, that is no good then. I do support a future update where free doughnuts can be donated from a certain level. Can I make direct contact with the devs to directly send this suggestion?

No. That is what this forum is for. I doubt you'll get it to happen though, since others have tried before you. But you can try. Honestly though, this system that is currently in place exists because of player abuse that has already happened in the past. So while it has its downfalls, it is there for a legitimate reason. If expanding your team is an issue, might I suggest you and your teammates find a team or teams that are either already expanded or ones that have pay players in them? After all, the Avengers wouldn't be the Avengers they are if it weren't for Tony Stark.

Tony Stark: Oh actually, he’s the boss. I just design everything, pay for everything and make everyone look good.

*For the record, it will cost a TON of money to expand a team. Trust me, I've done it...... twice...... So it really is in your best bet to get with a player akin to Tony Stark or Bruce Wayne. It took two big money players and several smaller spenders to put our team where it is and has been.

Haha, nice one. Perhaps not by a certain level, but by a certain play time? For example, 1 or 2 months. Yeah, I know I can join other stronger teams, but it is not what I aim for here, if that was the case I wouldn't have started this discussion in the first place. I want to upgrade my own team. Thanks for the attention anyway from all of you!

than you will need 1 or 2 "pay players" to join your team

sadly that is the fact

and since you are in US3 where dynamics is different than US1 and US2

you can either make your team part of an elite  "team network"  or  if you find other mid level teams but that do have "pay players" to help each other out,

for those "who do not want the pay players"?  as you maybe feel forced to give control of your team to them?  than the max for your team will be 14/15/15/15 and than eventually some members of your team will eventually want to go to "higher level teams"  while others who do not want to get their players the highest stats help possible will stay with your team and not worry about becoming a top 10 team

the best "possible" route for certain members to be allowed to eventually be able to donate not bought doughnuts to their teams would be a combination of level plus time playing  ( like level 250 and being a player for 6 months)  but even that can be potentially "interesting" as players able to reach that might decide to be "leech jumpers" who join elite teams temporary, those teams help them get top 10 weekly ( honor and experience ) and the players get doughnuts and 25% of winnings to "that team"   than rejoin their actual weaker team to give them 50% of the winnings and keep 25% of winnings for their character

but there is a way for your team to get stats up to max, but it will take high patience and huge time............... ( as in at least 2 years, maybe more )

you can have your team win and lose honor periodically and get your team into top 10 and even top 3 for team race and that will be the way to get doughnuts to your team WITHOUT having to purchase doughnuts  and patiently get the around 12 thousand to 15 thousand donuts needed to expand the team to the max ( and that is without counting doughnuts used to get melons, stunts doubles and bonuses )

I guess I have to be content with what I can have rather than with what I could achieve. Thanks anyway!

Or, you can do as Centella suggested, which is superb advice for the route you wish to go. It's actually very feasible, and in truth, since it is only about honor won and doesn't count honor lost, you could conceivably add donuts to your team every week, especially if you work together with another team. I knew this strategy, but since it isn't one I'm in need to use, I didn't even think of it. Bravo to Centella for giving the best solution to your dilemma. He really has pointed you in the best possible direction for building out a team without purchasing doughnuts.

Top teams will still tell you though that purchasing your doughnuts is the quickest and best way. And being leader of your own team isn't a necessity. Also, avoiding doughnut buyers out of fear of losing control of your team would only happen if you let it and only serves to stall your team's growth. As long as you are smart with the doughnuts they purchase, are a good leader, and treat them well, most folks won't care if you remain leader and they donate. There's always the officer route, which isn't nearly as scary as you think.

Honestly, if they are making mass donations, the last thing they want is to mess up the team. The biggest fears of doughnut donors is being abused, not respected, and their purchases being used foolishly. I had a team leader like that at one time on the first team I joined. I also had a guy on the team I lead that is no longer with us that was phenomenal about making donations. He even bought other players suits. He was my right hand man. He never asked or even wanted to be leader. He just wanted the security of knowing he'd always be taken care of and not used. I even offered him leadership many times and he refused. Furthermore, his donations and my own spurred most of the other members to make small donations within their ability as they could. They wanted to put their stake in the team too. If each member of a full team donated only $10 worth of doughnuts over the time they were there, that's 3,000 doughnuts. So don't limit yourself. You're only hurting yourself and your team in doing so.

But if you must, Centella still gave phenomenal advice you should definitely take advantage of. Heck, you should take advantage of that advice even if you did have Iron Man on your team. I had Iron Man and Batman on mine, and we still used that advice a few times. I'm Batman.......

Also if you are not fully expanded you can also receive form time to time on gang fights a free expansion point, when you are lucky enough to earn on of these always make sure you use it on which ever stat at that time cost the most donuts to upgrade. Yes this way also takes awhile as they dont show up that often.

Here is another idea. There are a ton of basically inactive but fully developed teams out there. If you have quite a good group of players together, you might be able to get one that will allow you to join and maybe even run or takeover a team. It is a waste to let a fully developed team  fade into obscurity.

I once tried to adopt a whole team, sadly there were no takers.
