Unbind creates error since today's update

One of the members of my team was complaining that most of the right-hand side of his screen was no longer visible since the update. It turned out he was signed on via Kongregate, so I suggested that he should unbind his account, since my unbound account (I used to come in via Armor Games) didn't have the cropping problem.

 

He clicked "unbind" and entered an email and password, but it came back with a message saying there had been an error and now he says he can't log in at all. I've made sure he's using the main game url and not his old Kongregate url, but it just won't let him access his old hero.

Yeah, I told him he'd probably need to send a ticket to support. But I was wondering if anyone else had come across the same problem.

One of my team had the same problem with Kongregate's chat box taking up screen space so I told him how to unbind. He apparently had no difficulty doing it

It turns out that even though I'd given him the us3.herozerogame.com link, he was trying to access his account via a different link. As soon as he used the one I gave him, it worked.

Thanks, iMocZ, but the unbinding fixed the cropping problem - now that he can log back in and see his account again. :)
