I think he means? that a 4th server be created OR making US2 the "automatic profiled choice" when new people sign up instead of US3?

in a way US 4 would be interesting as it will be brand new from scratch FOR EVERYONE! and it begins with the new ways ( the newer trophies, the new handicaps for them, and starts with the underground hideout thing and no work anymore and other things ) but eventually after one year it will have a dominating team
