If anyone has had any dealings with player Yuri4, be warned--he is dirty. I had 16 players on my team. He was an advisor. This morning, he booted a dozen people from the team and then left to join team Dreamworld. I have sent a message to the Dreamworld leader. He is no longer a member of that team now. So, beware of Yuri4.

That sucks! Yeah back in the day when i first started there was a guy reeking havoc. But when I first started bunch of us joined at the same time and grew together and grew the team to together. Now I just follow some drunks around and try to stay standing as much as possible.

thanks to people like this
may I suggest to HZ people to change it so that advisors can set up fights and I think? can make members fellow advisors but they can't kick people out, only the leader

I agree with needing another rank. It would be great to have another rank between leader and advisor. we basically have this without our team, but it would be great to make it official. OR having a rank between advisor/member would be best. We need to away to recognize player skill/loyalty without giving them permissions to make changes. Many teams use the advisor role as a way to show that the player has done well or is simply a high level player. However, just being a high level and trying hard doesnt necessarily mean you should be able to make changes that affect the entire team. This is not how leadership works.

I also agree to this! Being in a team with two leaders can make it difficult for those two leaders and confusing for the rest of the team, especially new members! Adding a 2IC (2nd in command) and possibly even a 3IC (3rd in command) positio
n in game would be an awesome idea! If something like this was added, the devs could make it possible to strip advisors of the ability to kick out members but still able to set up team fights. It would give teams a new feel and cut off those pesky players that just want to cause trouble!

Chief Leader (same as assistant and any other powers left and can promote people to assistant and set new chief leader and demote self , only 1)
Assistant Leader (same as advisor, can promote to advisor and can kick people out, I suggest having only 1 but okay to have 2 )
Advisor (set all fights, can promote setters but can't kick people out, can give invites, suggest max of 3 )
Setters ( Can set gang fights (but not team fights ) and is a player that newbies can ask for advice, as many as you want )
what you think?

What about an option for the leader to choose what powers each teammate has specifically?

sometimes is tiresome when people "expect" to be made advisors just because they reached a certain level, or has been a member of the team for "x amount of days"
would be nice to be able to make members who know the ropes and are helpful to other members as "setters" and let them know they are appreciated but at same time not making the leader hesitant to give them too much responsibility of the team
positions have to be earned, positions are of trust and responsibility, not one that has to be expected.

small modifications to my idea
Chief Leader (same as assistant and any other powers left and can promote people to assistant and set new chief leader and demote self , ............... only 1)
Assistant Leader (same as advisor, can promote to advisor and can kick people out, gets Team applications along leader, can do team expansions................I suggest having only 1 but okay to have 2 )
Advisor (set all fights, can promote setters but can't kick people out, and can't expand team, can give invites, suggest max of 3 )
Setters ( Can set gang fights (but not team fights ) and is a player that newbies can ask for advice, as many as you want )
