You can have heroes in different servers, but only one hero per server. So for example, you can use a character on US1 and another character on US2, but you can't use two characters on US1

I know I am not supposed to have multiple accounts in the same server, but is there any way to have more than one character? Like a hero in one server and another in a different server? I have more than one character I want to make, more than one hero's journey, more than one story to tell.

I am on 3 different servers I think would be best to remove one and bring it to another one

how is determined who has multiple accounts?
I know is not fair under rules for one individual to use different emails to open 2 or more accounts in one server, EVEN if one account is at the regular computer and the other is at his or her mobile phone (different IP )
BUT what about 3 brothers 17, 14 and 13 and twin sisters 15
even if they all have their own computer, all of them probably would have same IP address and would look like "same person has 5 accounts"

It's actually very easy - open a ticket and register your ''IP-Sharing'' and you won't be in trouble.
