I'm still looking for these high coin payout missions, i have mission booster of 25% with 10% from team, most missions are 3 min- 16 mins, and the most coins I have saw is 45k

Are you doing the team booster for missions as well?  There are the boosts you get from the team Popularity.  But the team booster for missions is different of course.

 

45k coin for what you are describing sounds pretty normal.  If you want really high coin missions, you will have to go up to a 50% mission booster as well.

I should also point out that it depends on your level. what I'm describing is a reward system for players in the mid 300's. For players under that area it can be lower. But yeah a 50% booster along with a fully expanded team AND the 10%/20% team booster really does make a difference...especially the 50% booster it does wonders haha.

Something is wrong with this new patch, is like they increased energy/mission and not reduced time/mission. Now 2 big problems appear:
1. Characters with high level that require a lot of coins for +1 stats point, will finish a day with extremely low amount of coins even if they hunt missions with better rewards in coins.
2. Boosters are not useful anymore. Why people should buy boosters?!?

I see 2 options here, comeback to last version and reduce time/missions or increase rate of coins+xp/energy like it was until this new patch.

Lacatus I have this exact issue as your listed as number 1, I am a level 375 on UK2 server, i usually at the end of the day have roughly 2million coins , spend said coins and have some change left over,since coins are expensive, well today I logged in,spent the coins I earned yesterday as I usually do and once I finished all my energy I finished the day with only 656k coins!! ,thats 1 basic skill point a day instead of maybe 4 or 5, meaning instead of possibly 35 basic skill points a week (not accounting training or free skill points) I'll earn 7 basic skill points a week. that is a shambles.

As a lower level newer player, I must say this change to time and rewards is seriously difficult to understand.

I ran out of energy 4 hours earlier than usual.

Shorter time for missions with higher usage of energy burns through the allocated energy in a very rapid manner.

That may be nice for people who want to play for an hour a day.

Those who want to play the same amount of time they used to are left staring at the screen.

 

Further the experience I received was significantly and noticeably LOWER than usual not higher.

I have recently averaged around 6 levels a day. (level 180 in 1 month 2 days game play)

I understand this will slow as levels increase.

After the usual energy use today I had gained 2 levels - no change in play style, 50% boosters with team boosters as well.

Somethings not right.

And today it was a one level gain. everything finished by 7pm - i usually play this game to 2am.

how is a lower level newer player ever going to catch up in a team of level 300+ at one bloody level a day?

I've resorted to just playing the missions that have five energy or lower, in my opinion the game lasts longer, I'll admit that I lose out on XP and some serious coin, but till the game is fixed I see no other way to go about this...
