Currently, there are 25 trophies out there, and they are all hogged by the top 12 or so teams. There is very little that can be done because the trophies are so beneficial that it further seperates the teams. o, I suggest making some trophies that the lower teams can get. But more importantly hang onto. I'm not sure how to accomplish this, but if more trophies are added, the top teams are going to take them from the lower teams, and with them, they are going to further the gap.
