When i try to use codes that give set items, i get the message, you can't redeem any more vouchers for this campaign.. Anyone know the what the problem is?

 

Have you already claimed your one per day?

Nope, the first thing i have done for 3 days is trying to use the codes that give the same set item., but i get the same message on all of them

 

EDIT

It seems like all of the codes are invalid now as of the new year, that sucks, i had alot unused codes. :(

Lucci it was made clear codes would need to be used by 31st of December.as regards to the codes you did try to use did you try and contact support?

No i have not contacted support, i wanted to see if anyone on the forum ahd the answer first, but i guess i'll contact them now.

I just can't shake the feeling that y'all come to the forums whenever you have an in-game issue...

 

I really can't say I discourage that... sometimes, another player may have had the same problem, and can advise you how to solve it.

 

when we moderators don't know how to solve an issue right then, we do have certain resources to follow which may give us an answer fairly quickly, but the best (fastest, least likely to convey misinformation due to misunderstanding) way to let the company know there is an issue with their game-product still is, and always shall be, to contact game support via a ticket

Hmm I have to agree, I don't really understand why some are so reluctant to contact support. If you have an issue that's impacting your gameplay in a big way, why would you not want to attempt to get help with that? :S

Hmm that's unfortunate :/ I've contacted support in the past and not had that issue but it's been quite awhile since I have. I suppose it all depends on the type of issue you're having, some can be solved by others, some can only be solved by support

Support has it's helpful moments and it's not so helpful moments.  I have experienced both.
