PVP Items Should Scale to Opponent

So I often get useless items from defeating my opponents in duels and quite often my opponent is higher in level than I am or sometimes even stronger than I am. I think that if I defeat someone that is higher level than me and/or stronger than me, then I should get an item that is around their level rather than mine. Or maybe there is a chance that it could be either or. I think that this makes sense because that is how the coins is determined, so I think that the items should follow.

I dont think the level stuff will work, but there are always the heroes that quit the game, without deleting the character. High level, expired boosters, no team, no skill. Scaling over the attributes of the heroes would be a better choice, even though this isnt needed, because the extra income by these items is enough.

To be honest, quitters are a problem because I know there are lots of people racking up lots of coins on these high level quitters. I don't think I'm supposed to use names so lets just say there's a level 130 who quit the game and has 4442 stats. In my opinion the level shouldn't be based on the level that is created by the stats/50. So instead of being level 130 you would get an item that was approx. an 89 level item. The reason I use 50 is because that is what I believe to be the most optimal ratio of stats to level.
