I don't wanna be a bad person (YEEEES I AM,BECAUSE TEAM ROCKET IS MY POSITION MHUAAHUAUH) All joking aside,i really hate those people.that come in your team,and next day,quit you for another stronger team,i understand the situation,but it is not fair  

The sistem can do something like a time break,for example.12h or more where anyone cannot join any guilds,a little punish for your bad attitude u.u

Unfortunately, it's just the nature of the beast. On the bright side, those who stay, you know you can count on to be team players and build a team around. It just takes time to build a really good team, is all. Hang in there. It'll come. But I feel your pain. Personally, I would like to see a way to customize teams so that each team has unique bonuses that cater to their style of play. That might make a player stay on a team over going to a stronger team. Perhaps if I ever get bored on US2, I'll join you. You seem like a lot of fun to me.

yeah i agree with you Lady.. Team Semper Fi had some people like that too not fair one bit and King Semper Fi is always open for new recruits!!! lol

There is a penalty in place for Hero's that join and leave teams. That Hero who leaves and joins another team can not join in team fight or gang fight for that up coming day.

My lovely admin,it is not enough,i think i can talk for all LEADERS of the teams,that could be great have a sort of deal,when an hero join a team,first at all,he cannot quit it after one day,and then,fo rejoin a new team,you need wait like 12 or 24 h.

It would be nice to know as team leader that a player has to stay for a minimum time set. Or maybe have to participate in at least one team function. Thanks  LadyKamasutra. never thought about it before. It does suck when a player jump in and out. Especially if you had an opportunity for another player and that player went to another team. Now you have no one joining. This may slow the team jumpers down.

On the same note, team hoppers, as many call them, do get noticed and their reputation noted by teams and their leaders. Known team hoppers are often penalized by not being allowed in some of the better teams. I know on my server, there's a team I respect a LOT called Naked Heroes. (If I wasn't leading my own successful team, and they'd have me, I'd sooooooooooo join this team.) If you join them and then leave, it's a one way ticket. You won't be welcomed back. Early on, before we became a truly successful team, we had players who left our team to hunt for trophies elsewhere. After we became the top team on our server and held some nice trophies, some wanted to come back. They were flatly refused. So while you can't stop team hoppers from team hopping, you can help teach them it isn't acceptable or ok in your opinion, by not letting them return. In time, they'll exhaust their options and their previous behavior will come back to bite them for it.

Infact,i have a sort of black list for my team,i have like three or four person,that  i don't wanna in my team anymore
