I was holding this hammer.... and I dropped it... on my head I think... judging by the headache

 

Now I have no clothes on for some reason .... and I seem to be completely without strength... weak as a kitten... the slightest thing knocks me out.... I can't seem to think straight (no brain) or walk without bumping into things and I'm utterly clueless (no intuition)

 

also I've no idea who I am or what I'm doing... or who you are come to that...
