I tried... using 50 donuts to refresh, and I got 0 from it. =(

I've gotten a set of Batman boots in the shop for 20 donuts and a teammate got a piece.

I have yet to find one, myself. Set items in the second hand shop are generally quite difficult to find. I remember I tried to complete a set during a christmas event, spendig over 100 donuts just refreshing, in addition to the cost of buying them. If you are lucky, you might find some parts, though. Good luck!

Then it would probably be less expensive to buy one in secret offer shop if someone really wants it. Yeah, I still haven't found any as well, they are apparently rare and hard to come by free or in the shop.

I've only seen 1 piece...a gold league belt...it was -126 to the "ironman" suit piece, cost 20 donuts...passed

I've pulled 2 in league and 1 in the 2nd hand shop.

One in league--negative stats.  Put it on anyways before you sell it---in case you want to do any whipstitching later.

It seems to me like you can't whipstich those. Or, I'm doing it wrong. Did anyone actually whipstich something into one of those ?

 

I won a belt ( positive ) and a mask ( negative ). Also found batman shoes, but it didn't fit in my budget, and I don't have much interest in silver.

 

Anyways, I tried to see if I could whipstich one of my epic items into one of those.

Orogon , I think it's more expensive to look for the items in the second hand shop. And the way you win them in the leagues is entirely random.

 

I tried to trace a pattern, but nothing.

 

Maybe, I need to give it more time to see the bigger picture, but it seems awfully random to me.

Yes, I was about to ask the same question . I just won my first league piece and just as LittleOne suggested, I didn't sell it hoping to someday whipstitch it. Now I've tried to see if my iron piece can be whipstiched into it and it's apparently not available. Very disappointed 'cause of it, hope it changes soon.

They had changed and were letting us whipstitch set items.  But since you can pay for this one as well---seems they would rather us pay for it!

I have found the bronze league mask by refreshing the second hand shop 3 times but i did not take it because it was -.

If you already have a set, whole or a few items of it, it's completely expected that individual piece of another set is gonna give you a minus, and probably a big one. Once you have more pieces, it might turn positive, especially if it's 7% extra bonuses. Still, I would highly recommend players not to spend their donuts for refreshing shop in search for league sets 'cause not only are they hard to find and cost 20 donuts per piece, but it's also very likely you can find different pieces from different sets. For example, you need one more item to complete champion set, but shop may offer you silver and gold league pieces.
