Okay so I've had this recent problem with trying to get a member to join as some of you may know. I'm about to give up on him, I wanted to give it one last try and see if I could ask support for it. But to my luck the ticket won't submit! It keeps coming up as page not available and I don't know if it's actually being submitted or not...

Is it just my bad luck or is the support temporarily down? .__.

It might have just been because I was trying to attach a zip file of screen shots and it couldn't get through. I tried sending it without the attachment and it sent fine. Thanks a lot though!
