So as yet  i have spent over £20 on donuts. I try to upgrade my teams status and have 80 donuts left. I offer to donate 50, and get told I need to buy 27 more in order to do so. This is the biggest customer handling fail I have ever come across.

It's possible that you almost spent the amount of donut purchased and the other donuts you got it as free value, so not good for team donation.

No, the other donuts I got through actually spending money on one of your 'partner offers' which will then give you money via advertising payments. So in other words you are shirting people for money and ripping them off and 'partner offers' get worthless fake donuts and supporting your advertisers is useless. I think if your advertisers were to find out that you are ripping people oiff this way they would not support you.

So are you saying you spent money on an offer and not on the direct purchase of donuts? I am fairly certain you have to actually purchase donuts directly in order to donate them to the team. I am equally sure you can use those sponsor donuts to purchase anything else in the store. So I do not know how you were ripped off. Paying a sponsor is not the same as directly paying for donuts.

Well that isn't stated when 'partner offers' are advertised. 'Anything else in the store' is all just 'white goods' as in material that comes and goes, whereas only paying for the team's level increase has any permenent effect on the game. And money is money, so unless stated there should be no difference in the end product.

It's possible donate the donuts purchased into HZ's shop. The donuts get from the offer's wall are not good for this action.

Yes.

1. Make it clear, in plain English, and obvious/not hidden that when buying donut voa partner offers they cannot be used for useful things like team donations.

2. Given this information was not available to me when I bought the donuts (and I have since had to just spend them on white goods and rubbish that I did not intend to spend the money on) I think the company should retroactively compensate for this misleading persuasion to buy donuts by either upgrading my teams Popularity to 25 (which I could have done myself were I not sold fake donuts) or donating 50 donuts to my team (Fluffy Bunnies) so that we can upgrade ourselves using our own gold coins.

Thank you.

This topic has been thoroughly discussed, so I will close it now.

“What would your good be doing if there were no evil, and what would the earth look like if shadows disappeared from it? After all, shadows are cast by objects and people. There is the shadow of my sword. But there are also shadows of trees and living creatures. Would you like to denude the earth of all the trees and all the living beings in order to satisfy your fantasy of rejoicing in the naked light?”
