There have been days where I sit and do survey after survey.... after survey for a few hours. When I'm finished I still dont get the "FREE" donuts and I get a TOOOON of spam callers due to those surveys. Whats the deal with that? Also over half of those downloadable games for a free donut, don't work for most phones, any chance we can get something that can be used on more phones?

Go to the offerwall, where you see the advertisements, surveys, videos, etc - and click on "Support" down to the left. Contrary to earlier info, this is where you should turn in case of problems. Tell me if you can't find it.

The same thing happens to me and I find it very annoying because I download a whole bunch of apps and take tons of surveys,still no donuts.

The worst part is that even if you earn any donuts (with this unearthly effort) you just can't donate any to team...

It's possible donate donuts to team only when the donuts in question are bought with real money. Any other kind of donuts reward can't be donate to team.
