Can you explain how these items work? If i buy a set ill get a stats roll that is equivalent to my lvl average item roll, plus 7% bonus. Or do I just get 7%?

This kind of set is equivalent a normal set like Ironic Suit! The basical stat of this item will be rolled for your level and you will get a complete set so with all 4 bonus of 7%.
